How do I place a custom order?

Please click Contact Us or Quote Now on our website, or email us directly. We will reply to you promptly.

What is your production lead time?

Lead time depends on order quantity. For normal small to medium orders, we ship within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

Which shipping method do you use? How long does delivery take?

We ship globally via express carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

What material are your stickers made of?

Our labels are made of nickel via electroplating, with self-adhesive backing (usually 3M7533).

What colors are available for the stickers?

Standard electroplated colors include gold, silver, black, and rose gold. Custom spray colors are also available based on your Pantone code.

What surfaces can the sticker be applied to?

As it is made of metal, the nickel label can only be applied to flat, smooth surfaces; curved surfaces are not suitable.
